4. Once your request is submitted, a Pro Forma Invoice will be sent to you via email or whatsapp Please monitor your inbox and spam/junk folder if necessary.
5. The Pro Forma Invoice will include the C&F (Cost and Freight) price, payment instructions, banking details, and applicable terms and conditions.
6. Arrange payment according to the instructions provided. Please note that the selected vehicle will be reserved only after full payment has been received and confirmed.
7. Upon receipt of payment, G Tel International will arrange the safe shipment of your vehicle.
8. The vehicle will be delivered to the designated port of discharge, where it will be available for collection in accordance with local import procedures.
9. Take delivery of your vehicle and enjoy your new purchase.

If the vehicle you desire is already sold to another customer then there is no reason to worry. We have the ability to provide vehicles on demand for our customers because of the great number of auctions we deal with. However, it must be noted that a deposit in advance will be required for availing this type purchase. Do email us, so that we can provide you with a special request order form.
When you cancel an order, we may have to resell that car in an auction or in any other way. Therefore, if you cancel the order, you have to pay the balance in addition to the costs that may incur.
